Happy Birthday George
Shall he always be remembered.
We at All My Kitties are famous cat lovers too. Here are a few of ours.
Starting with Lupin who last year, when he first came to visit AMK, was wearing a cone on his head and a pin in his leg. Warning:Keep kittens away from ironing boards with irons on them.
2012
But after two surgery's and months of therapy, Lupin has grown and recovered almost 100%. Here he is helping Marie on her computer.
Such a love.
Also boarding in the office is Tiger. He just loves this comfy bed!
Scooter is close by too. He is such a handsome fellow, don't you think?
Hunter enjoying this nice carpeted, but well shredded kitty house. Time to get a new one I think.
Skeeter loves his yellow blankie. He's soooo cozy.
Grrr! You show that toy's who's boss, Baby!
Zed is just the biggest fluff-ball ever!
So gentle too. He always uses soft paws with me.
"Yeah I'm free, free fallin'!"
(Tee hee, a little trick photography here.)
Sorry to disturb you from your nap, Lyre!
Allison giving McClane some extra loving. McClane can be found just about any time perched somewhere on the book shelf.
Mmm yes, chin rubs are the best! Right Kashi?
Rosabelle's gorgeous and she knows it!
Amigo enjoying a nice little nap in this warm basket.
I hope you all had a great weekend. I sure had fun with all these sweet kitties.

Cat Olympics close
While the 2014 Winter Cat Olympics comes to an end, the cats at All My Kitties certainly get the gold medal in one category, CATNAPS.
Starting with Gold catnap medalist, Roo.
Dulce sharing the gold
Jasper
Rosabelle
McClane. Whose that mysterious cat next to her?
Whoever it is, she's certainly disturbing McClane's nap.
Cougar can barely wake up from napping in the heated cat cabin.
Lyer is oblivious of the camera.
"What? Who me?" says Kashi.
Jed can barely open his eyes.
Amigo had a visit at the vet today so he is ready for a nap.
You would think from the blogs that all Albus does is nap, but really he does get out and explores the cattery, and then back for another nap.
While everyone else is catnapping, Bingo is looking for mischief. He is just a kitten after all.
Peanut is a world class napper.
But Hunter has more important things to do, like investigating my printer.
Same cat Newton, same bed, same pose, different day. Yep this cat really knows how to relax.
Tana likes her afternoon siesta too.
Lupin is getting ready to curl up in my chair. She knows what time it is: CATNAP TIME!!!
This is such a sweet encounter between Skooter and Ellen. Ellen really knows how to talk to the animals. She is such a great addition to our staff. We are all so lucky to have her with All My Kitties.
Here is cat lover and 2014 Winter Olympic team USA cross-country skier, Andy Newell
While Andy spends much of his time outdoors, he’s a careful cat caretaker who knows his pets should stay indoors and out of the snow. He has responsibly built a screened-in porch for a little fresh air.
"They’re complete indoor cats. They stay inside – they've never been in the snow – although in warmer weather they’ll go to the screened-in porch.”
They are rescue cats in a house that’s seen its fair share of felines. Growing up, Andy said, there were at least two or three – at one point up to four – cats at all times. Andy will try to stay in touch with current cats Finnegan and Phoebe while he’s on the road.
Andy and his kitten Phoebe.
"I’ll Skype home with mom and sometimes she’ll pull the cats in front of the computer.” Andy will be gone about five months total while he tours to various competitions in Europe and onto Russia for the Olympics. Then back home to his family, and to the ground to greet the cats.
Happy Sunday.

Bath time at City Kitty
A Day at City Kitty an exclusive spa just for cats.
We've taken a few of our guests on an adventure north of Seattle to Edmonds for a day of beauty at City Kitty grooming salon.
Here is Zed with Adrienne, the owner of City Kitty, BEFORE his beauty treatment. Look at all of Adrienne's grooming ribbons, and that's just a few. She has a school, a franchise, and a very informative monthly news letter.
Bath time for Zed and he takes it quite well.
Meanwhile back at the cattery, Amigo and Hunter are still getting used to the boarding experience. That's ok. It usually takes about three days for first timers.
Newton just wants to show off his magnificent claws.
WOW!
Puss N Boots has a pretty good set of claws too, but he's not such a show off.
Skeeter has finally decided to explore the cattery.
Brother Scooter likes the comfort of his condo.
Lyre knows he's the Top Cat.
Miava is being very entertained by this kitty toy.
She has lots of fun batting it around.
It's a nice, but a cool day in Seattle. Eliza and Cougar just want to hang around outside today.
Here comes Tiger struttin' his stuff.
Pepper is such a cutie.
Rosabelle is too, especially when she rolls in a little bit of sun with a catnip toy.
They meet.
But I don't think they fell in love. Not this time at least.
Can you get much more comfortable Jasper and Kiki?
But where's Cassini???
Ellen said she saw something moving in this basket.
What are those?
Who is that?
There you are Cassini!!!
I don't think Jasper is going to let Tiger in, at least that's what I heard him say.
Baby has a mid afternoon snack.
First timer McClane needs a little more time to adjust.
Esmeralda can't be bothered.
Oh did we wake you up Essy?
Bingo loves this little baby doll of Essy's.
"Ha, ha, ha, ha," says Bingo. "It makes me laugh so hard.
Can you believe this? Gomez has taken over my chair and won't budge even when I try to sit in it. Sorry to intrude Gomez but you really need to move. Ah, alright. I'll share.
Albus is quite at home in the comfort of his condo. Well it is big, it's warm, and it's safe.
Time to pick up the kitties after their day of beauty.
Brothers Zezou and Philbert look like they belong in an Elizabethan painting.
Zezou, your fur is so soft now after your day at the salon.
Zed looks and feels fantastic!
